Keeot LLC delivers locally in the United States of America, United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates regions through its regional offices in these countries. For all other countries, international shipping rates are applied. Shipping time varies according to shipping service selected by customers at check out.

 

  1. Transit, handling, & order cut-off time domestically (USA, UK & UAE):

Express Shipping takes 1-3 days (Monday-Friday). Standard Shipping takes 4-6 days (Monday-Friday). Order cut-off time will be 5:00 PM (USA Eastern Standard Time). Order handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

 

  1. Transit, handling, & order cut-off time Internationally:

Express Shipping takes 9-17 days. Standard Shipping takes 20-25 days. Order cut-off time will be 5:00 PM (USA Eastern Standard Time). Order handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Some countries may take longer depending on international customs departments.

 

  1. CHANGE OF ADDRESS:

The delivery address cannot be changed by us once it is in transit. If you need to change the Ship-to address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at (info@keeot.com) or Call us at +1 806 334 4326. Our offices are open Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

 

  1. CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched are acceptable. If already in transit, please refer to our refund policy.

 

  1. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:

If any parcel is damaged upon receipt, kindly send us an email immediately with an attached photo. Your convenience and satisfaction are important to us.
